Privacy Policy

Ausar Entertainment Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Adam Gmail Connector (the "Connector"), a tool that allows authorized users to interact with Gmail and Google account data through the Google API. This Privacy Policy describes what data we access, how we use it, and the protections we apply.

By using the Connector, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Connector.

When you authorize the Connector, it may access the following data from your Google account and Gmail inbox, depending on the permissions you grant:

• ◆Your Google account profile information (name, email address)
• ◆Gmail message content — including subject lines, message bodies, sender and recipient addresses, and timestamps
• ◆Gmail metadata — including thread IDs, labels, and message IDs
• ◆The ability to search your inbox using queries you provide
• ◆The ability to read individual messages or threads you select
• ◆The ability to send email on your behalf, only when you explicitly authorize a send action

We do not access any other Google services, files, contacts, calendar events, or data beyond what is explicitly listed above and consented to during authorization.

The Connector accesses your Gmail data only with your explicit authorization via Google's OAuth 2.0 consent flow. You will be presented with a Google authorization screen clearly listing the permissions requested before any access is granted.

We do not access your Google account in the background without your knowledge. Access is initiated only in direct response to actions you take within the Connector.

Your Gmail data is used solely for the following user-directed purposes:

• ◆Email search — to execute search queries you submit and return matching results from your inbox
• ◆Email reading — to display the content of messages or threads you select
• ◆Email sending — to send messages only when you explicitly initiate and confirm a send action

We do not use your Gmail or Google account data for any purpose other than those described above. We do not analyze, process, or use your data to build user profiles, train machine learning models, or for any secondary purposes.

The Connector is designed to operate with minimal data retention. Gmail message content retrieved during a session is used transiently to fulfill your request and is not persistently stored on our servers beyond what is operationally necessary.

Where any session data or logs are temporarily retained for operational or debugging purposes, such data is retained for no longer than 30 days, after which it is automatically deleted.

We do not build a long-term archive of your Gmail messages or account data.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect any data accessed through the Connector, including:

• ◆Encrypted transmission of all data using TLS/HTTPS
• ◆Secure storage of OAuth tokens using encryption at rest
• ◆Access controls limiting who within our organization can access system logs or configuration
• ◆Regular review of permissions and access patterns

Despite these measures, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to protect your Google account with a strong password and two-factor authentication.

You may revoke the Connector's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account Permissions page and removing the Connector's authorization. Revoking access will immediately prevent the Connector from accessing your Gmail data.

To request deletion of any data we may hold in connection with your account, contact us at support@careaevolution.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your Gmail data or Google account information to any third party for any commercial purpose.

Your data is never used for advertising, remarketing, interest-based targeting, or any form of ad personalization — by us or any third party we work with.

The Connector uses the Google API to access Gmail data on your behalf. Google's own terms and privacy policies govern the data Google collects and processes when you use Google services. We encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not share your Gmail data with any third parties other than Google (in the course of making authorized API requests on your behalf), except as required by law.

The Adam Gmail Connector's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we confirm that:

• ◆We only request access to data that is necessary to provide or improve the user-facing features of the Connector
• ◆We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or ML models
• ◆We do not allow humans to read your Gmail data except with your affirmative agreement, for security purposes, or as required by law
• ◆Our use of Google user data is limited to the purposes disclosed in this Privacy Policy and is consistent with the Limited Use policy

The Connector is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the Connector after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
