Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Adam Gmail Connector (the “Connector”), operated by Ausar Entertainment Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Connector, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Connector.

The Connector is provided for lawful, personal, and business use by authorized users only. You may use the Connector to:

• ◆Search your Gmail inbox using queries you submit
• ◆Read email messages and threads in your authorized Gmail account
• ◆Send email from your Gmail account when you explicitly authorize each send action

Use of the Connector is limited to the account holder who grants authorization via Google's OAuth consent flow. You may not share access tokens, credentials, or sessions with third parties.

You are solely responsible for:

• ◆Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Google account credentials
• ◆Ensuring that your Google account is protected with a strong password and, where available, two-factor authentication
• ◆All activity that occurs under your authorization, including any actions taken by the Connector on your behalf
• ◆Promptly revoking the Connector's access through your Google Account settings if you believe your account has been compromised

We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

The Connector may have the ability to send email on your behalf through your authorized Gmail account. Emails are sent only when you explicitly initiate and confirm a send action. The Connector will never send email automatically, silently, or without your direct instruction.

You are responsible for all content of emails sent via the Connector and for ensuring that such messages comply with applicable laws, including anti-spam laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR where applicable.

You agree not to use the Connector for any of the following prohibited purposes:

• ◆Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or commercial messages without recipient consent
• ◆Accessing, reading, or sending email on behalf of another person without their explicit authorization
• ◆Using the Connector to harass, threaten, defame, or harm any individual or entity
• ◆Attempting to circumvent Google's security or authentication systems
• ◆Scraping, archiving, or redistributing Gmail data in ways not authorized by these Terms or Google's policies
• ◆Using the Connector to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• ◆Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the Connector's source code or proprietary logic
• ◆Using the Connector in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems or the Google API infrastructure

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Connector, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

The Connector is built on and interacts with Google’s APIs, including the Gmail API. Your use of the Connector is subject to and operates in conjunction with Google’s own terms of service and policies, including:

• ◆Google Privacy Policy
• ◆Google API Services User Data Policy

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. We are an independent developer using Google’s public APIs under their developer terms.

We make no guarantees regarding the availability, uptime, or reliability of the Connector. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Connector — in whole or in part — at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including:

• ◆Maintenance or upgrades to the Connector or underlying infrastructure
• ◆Changes to Google's API terms, quotas, or platform policies
• ◆Violation of these Terms by you or other users
• ◆Legal or compliance requirements
• ◆Security incidents or threats

We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruption or suspension.

THE CONNECTOR IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Connector will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the Connector at your sole risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUSAR ENTERTAINMENT GROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE CONNECTOR.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ausar Entertainment Group LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Connector, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, the revised Terms will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Connector after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or through a notice within the Connector. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Connector shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia.
